Acceptable Use Policy

1. Outreach must be lawful and honestReview

• Only contact businesses and business roles that are a plausible fit for your services, as configured in your workspace.
• Identify yourself and your company truthfully. No fake names, spoofed sender addresses, or misleading subject lines.
• Include a genuine way to opt out, and honour opt-outs promptly. Never message a suppressed contact.
• Comply with the anti-spam, privacy, and telemarketing laws that apply where you and your recipients are located.

2. No purchased, scraped, or unrelated lists

Do not import contact lists you have purchased or scraped, or contact people unrelated to a business purpose. The Service discovers prospects through licensed data sources for this reason.

3. Human review is not optional

Every first-touch message requires a person's approval. Do not attempt to bypass approval, quotas, rate limits, draft warnings, or the suppression list, including through automation or multiple accounts.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

• Harassment, threats, discrimination, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights.
• Claims about your services that are false, unsubstantiated, or not among the services enabled in your workspace.
• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or any attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Reselling access, sharing accounts, or using the Service to build a competing data product.

5. Security and fair use

• Do not probe, scan, or test the Service's security without written permission.
• Do not place unreasonable load on the Service or its providers.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly to the contact published on the website.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension of sending, or termination of the account, at our discretion and depending on severity. Where required, we may also notify affected recipients, providers, or authorities.
